02When does the five-business-day delivery clock start?+
Only after In-House Marketers confirms in writing that all required official platform access is complete. The PDF is delivered before the review call.
03Can I audit multiple platforms or ask for implementation?+
The purchase covers one focused area. Implementation is not included unless separately scoped. An Other area must be approved in writing before payment.
04What is the refund and partnership-credit boundary?+
A full refund is available until complete access is confirmed and work begins. After work starts, the audit is nonrefundable. The full $1,000 can credit toward the first Embedded Growth Partnership invoice under the terms on the site.
05Do you need my passwords?+
No. Use official Meta, Google, Shopify, or pre-approved invitation methods. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, API secrets, or temporary authentication codes.

Commercial terms
Clear before the work begins.
Partnership credit
The full $1,000 is credited to the first Embedded Growth Partnership invoice when the partnership begins within 30 days of delivery. Capacity protection extends that credit through the first start date we offer.
Customer scheduling
Choose one of the offered review slots within 24 hours. If no eligible slot is selected, the PDF remains due by day five and the call moves to the first mutually available time.
